Uncle Tom's Pancake mix is a
unique blend of high quality ingredients, including corn meal which makes a nice light
flavor. Just add COLD water and a HOT pan to make the perfect pancake. If you
like em' thin add more water, or less water for thick ones. A one pound bag makes
approximately 20 pancakes.
BM Porridge... A wonderful
blend of oats, flours, walnuts, prunes and raisins. No salt or table sugars added.

-That the husk is ground up in Buckwheat which adds a stronger flavor than wholewheat. The
only difference between a wholewheat pancake and a buckwheat pancake is the light flavor
of wholewheat compared to the stronger flavor of buckwheat.
-Pancake mixes don't spoil, however, after sometime
they will lose there ability to rise. Uncle Tom's pancake mix has a shelf life of
about one year, for the best lifespan, you should store pancake mix in the freezer.
-By adding alot more water, waffle mix can be used for
making pancakes, however, pancake mix cannot be used for waffles, they will fall apart.
